Villa Demelia is situated in a beautiful, quiet residential area of Cala d’Or marina with its amazing restaurants boasting fantastic views of the luxury yachts and speedboats.
A leisurely 20 minute stroll around the marina will bring you to Cala d’Or centre, which is full of Mallorcan charm and pedestrianised, ideal for families.
The nearest beach is within a 20 minute walk and is a small picturesque cove beach. Only a short drive away you can visit Cala Mandrago beach set in a nature reserve, said to be one of the best in Mallorca.
