Villa Demalia is situated in a quiet residential area of Cala D’or and is less than5 minute walk to Cala D’Or Marina which is home to 563 moorings comprising of Large luxurious yachts to small speedboats, it is definitely the place to be in Cala D’or. The Marina is surrounded by bars, shops and restaurants and is the place to be in Cala D’Or.

The villa is within walking distance to the beautiful Cala des pou beach, you can follow signs to the beach from the entrance to the marina, this is a small shop on the beach selling drinks and snacks, if you are staying for the days you may want to take a picnic with you.
